LUNCH: I sauteed the sausage to brown it some on the outside, and cut it into slices,then added the jar of hot veggies.
Hot peppers cooked with *Tofurkey Italian Sausage (VEGAN 270cal-13fat-8fib) These are very large and sausage-y tasting.
